MARLI TIMEPIECES

INSTRUCTION MANUAL

A guide to care and setting.

YOUR MARLI TIMEPIECE

Welcome to MARLI, and thank you for choosing a MARLI Timepiece. This guide covers everything you need to keep it running exactly as intended.

ALL TIMEPIECES

When adjusting the time, move the hands forward whenever possible. If you need to move them backward, finish the adjustment by advancing the hands forward to confirm the setting.

QUARTZ TIMEPIECES

Your MARLI quartz timepiece is powered by a precision battery and electronic movement. To keep it running without interruption, we recommend replacing the battery every two to three years. If they are replaced, the MARLI service network will collect them and dispose of them in accordance with the current regulations.

SETTING THE TIME

The crown (I) has two positions:

Position A — Pressed flush against the case. This is the standard wearing position and ensures optimal water-resistance.

Position B — Pulled out. Use this position to set the time. Return the crown to Position A once the adjustment is complete.

WATER-RESISTANCE

Your timepiece is water-resistant up to 30 metres. It is suited to everyday exposure to water, but we recommend avoiding submersion or high-pressure water contact.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT

Replace the battery every two to three years to prevent unexpected stops. A full service is recommended every six to seven years. All maintenance and repairs should be carried out by the MARLI service network to preserve the standards of your timepiece's original manufacture.
